These terms explain how orders placed with Rianify are handled. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About fulfilment: Rianify may source and fulfil products through trusted local suppliers and vendors. Your purchase remains an order with Rianify, and Rianify is your point of contact for order support.

1. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, images and availability accurate. Some products are supplied after an order is received, so availability may change before fulfilment. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a replacement, store credit or refund, as appropriate.

2. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. An order is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and the order has been accepted by Rianify. Payment options will be displayed at checkout when payment collection is activated.

3. Order processing

After an order is placed, we may confirm availability with a supplier before dispatch. We may contact you if we need clarification about your order, address or delivery. We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or information that prevents fulfilment.

4. Delivery

Delivery methods, charges and estimated timelines may vary by product and destination. Any timeline shown is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can occur because of supplier availability, courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a reachable phone number and complete delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if a courier must make another attempt because the recipient was unavailable or the address was incorrect.

5. Product appearance

We aim to display products accurately, but colours, packaging or minor details may look different because of screen settings or supplier packaging updates. Any material substitution will be communicated before fulfilment where practical.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact Rianify within the stated reporting period if there is a problem.

7. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact and delivery information, following product instructions, and checking product suitability before use. Beauty, wellness and self-care products should be used as directed, and individual results may vary.

8. Digital products

Books or guides supplied digitally may have separate access instructions. Digital items that have already been delivered or accessed may not be returnable unless they are faulty, duplicated or required to be refunded by applicable law.

9. Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected content for resale, or use the site for unlawful activity. Website content is provided for general information and does not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice.
